I was once the shy, out of shape closeted boy growing up in Providence, Rhode Island, who didn’t believe in himself and never played sports. But stepping into the gym completely changed my life. What started as a quest to build muscle transformed into a journey of self-confidence, discipline, and embracing my true self.
I now live in San Francisco with my amazing partner and our two cats, and I’m proud of the person I’ve become (still growing, though). When I’m not lifting, you’ll find me at dancing at DJ sets, riding my electric skateboard around the city, traveling, playing video games or hanging out with my friends. Also, I love what I get to do for work - it’s a passion, and I wake up grateful every day.
With over 12+ years of natural bodybuilding lifting experience, I’ve achieved milestones I never thought possible like deadlifting 500 lbs for 3 reps and squatting 315 lbs with perfect form for reps. But more than the numbers, it’s the balance of muscle, mobility, and endurance that allows me to train pain-free and push my limits every time I train.
Now, my passion is coaching others to break through their limits. I help clients connect with their bodies to build muscle, improve mobility where needed, and enhance their physique using my Functional Bodybuilding training style I’ve developed over many years.
My approach is all about making fitness sustainable and something you love, not something you feel you have to do.
The real success comes not just from the results, but from the consistency, mindset shifts, and long-term progress we achieve together that helps change people’s lives.

Current Lifting Stats
I prioritize good form, full range of motion, and solid technique in all my lifts. Here’s where I’m at right now:
Deadlift (Stiff-Bar Sumo): 500 lbs × 3 reps (goal: 500 x 8 this year)
Bench Press: 275 lbs × 3 reps (goal: 315 x 1 this year)
Squat: 315 lbs × 8 reps
Weighted Pull-Ups: 85 lbs × 5 reps
Walking Lunges: 100 lbs x 10 reps.
Bulgarian Split Squats: 225 lbs × 10 reps
Romanian Deadlifts (Stiff-Leg): 385 lbs × 8 reps
Preacher Curls: 135 lbs × 8 reps
Seated Cable Chest Flys: 62.5lbs for 8 reps
I’ve mastered all ATG Mobility and Strength Standards, and my goal is to help my clients achieve the same level of mobility, strength, and control in their own training.
