Personal Training with me includes:

Full-Body Assessment – A detailed evaluation of posture, mobility, movement patterns, strength, and endurance, followed by personalized training recommendations.

Option to schedule a DEXA scan (highly recommended so we can make real-time changes to track and ensure progress).

Accountability & Program Adjustments – Weekly check-ins making sure we actually are making progress towards your goals.

Adjustments are made to program anytime necessary.

Truly Personalized Programming – Tailored Workouts preplanned for you month to month in the Bpgainz app tailored to your goals and body’s needs.

App-Based Tracking – Easy-to-follow workouts with clean straight to the point exercise demonstration videos.

Assisted Stretching / Massage / Theragun – Included in session time if needed to enhance recovery and mobility

Exclusive Perks at Custom Fit – Enjoy unlimited free group fitness classes, full access to the recovery room (sauna & cold plunge), and on-site showers—just by training with me!

Nutritional Guidance & Macro Building – Included. Custom meal plans available (+$150).

Session Rate:

$150 for a full 1 hour session (+ program write up fee)

$145 for 20 1 hour sessions (no program write up fee)

$140 for 40 1 Hour sessions (no program write up fee +2 dexa scans )

Remote Coaching 💻 w/ an

In Person Touch (if in SF📍)

Rate: $350 month to month, no commitment

$1950 for 6 months of remote training + (1st dexa scan)

Initial In-Person Assessment:

  • Initial one-hour in person / virtual session to assess flexibility, mobility, strength, and technique (squat, push, pull, hinge).

Monthly Customized Program:

  • Personalized program for 6 - 8 weeks designed around your goals and assessment results.

  • Delivered via app with 24/6 in-app support.

  • Personalized workout plans with custom video demos featuring my own guidance.

  • Clients can submit form check videos anytime for feedback.

1:1 Coaching Sessions:

  • One 30-minute in-person or virtual session per month—dedicated to refining technique, tracking progress, discussing your training, or anything else you needed to stay on track.

Ongoing Communication & Support:

  • In-app messaging for questions, guidance, or check-ins.

  • Option to schedule FaceTime calls as needed for deeper discussions.

Weekly Check-Ins:

  • Progress updates, goal adjustments, and accountability check-ins.

  • Habit Tracking & Holistic Lifestyle Check-Ins including personalized check-ins covering sleep, stress, workouts, and overall well-being to keep you performing at your best.

  • Progress photos requested if relevant to client goals.

Nutrition Support:

  • Macro guidance and tracking included within the app.

  • Bi Weekly 15 min diet check in via FaceTime!

  • Custom meal plans available for an additional $150.

Accountability Tools:

  • Progress charts to track results.

  • Habit trackers available for clients who need structure in their daily routines.

  • Optional reminders available for clients following a specific training style.
