    “I am 61 and have been working with Brandon for about nine months. Without question, it has been a great experience!

    At the start, we discussed what I wanted to accomplish, and he conducted an assessment that revealed I could not achieve my strength goals safely unless I first improved flexibility and mobility in certain areas that were noticeably deficient. So, exercises designed to improve range of motion and flexibility particularly in my hips and back were a part of every workout from the beginning. After a while, we were ready to lean hard into my strength goals. Brandon’s methodical approach has so far yielded results that are more than I imagined possible. Chronic pain in my back and knees has been reduced dramatically, I am lifting (much) heavier than ever, and my lean muscle mass increased by about 7% in approximately seven months.

    Throughout that process, I was always impressed by Brandon’s unfaltering attention to form. He clearly demonstrates each movement (multiple times if necessary) and describes how the body is supposed to react to minor adjustments so that you can perform hard exercises confidently and without fear of injury. He pushes you hard but knows what you can do and will not allow you to risk injury.

    Since December 2023, we’ve dialed in his program to unlock better mobility, strength, and longevity — and the progress has been incredible. Proud to now be training him and his fiancée getting them wedding ready!

    I started training with Brandon in December 2023, and we’re still going strong! Honestly, I can’t imagine working with anyone else.

    What sets Brandon apart is that he really listens. He understands my goals on a deep level and constantly tweaks my program to get me there. He also knows where I struggle - my hips and shoulders are ridiculously tight, which impacts my mobility and strength. Instead of just working around it, he builds in mobility work, and I’ve seen huge improvements. Because of that, I’ve been able to push my strength further than I thought possible.

    Speaking of pushing - Brandon will make you do that extra rep. He holds me accountable in a way that’s both motivating and slightly annoying (in the best way). There are days I walk into the gym ready to just go through the motions, but his energy and well-timed nudges get me to lift heavier, push harder, and do more than I would on my own. A different trainer might just let me coast, but Brandon won’t let me shortchange myself.

    Beyond that, he genuinely cares. I’m not just another name on his calendar. He gets just as hyped about my progress as I do - probably more. When I feel like I’m stalling, he reminds me how far I’ve come. And when life hits and I’m just not at 100%, he adjusts on the fly so I still walk out feeling good instead of discouraged.

    And now, after a year of me raving about him, my fiancée started training with him too - and she loves it. So, while I don't necessarily enjoy sharing Brandon, I didn’t have much of a choice. At least I know she’s in good hands.
